First elected in 1998 Ashley is currently serving his second term as General Supervisor. Married to Beulah for the past 28 years they have 3 adult children. He was a senior manager for South Africa’s leading retail company and with Beulah led the first Foursquare church in Johannesburg, SA.

Ashley’s call to serve God’s people in Australia came during a ministry trip that encompassed most of the WA Foursquare Churches. Ashley moved with his family to Australia in 1995. As Supervisor Ashley also serves as senior pastor at the White House Community Church which is located in the southern suburbs of Perth.

FRANK MITCHELL

Missions Director, State Treasurer & Member of the Board of Directors
Frank has served as a Board member, Treasurer and Missions Director since  2005. He has a background in banking, administration & sales prior to entering pastoral ministry in 1978. Married to Carol for 41 years they have raised five children. Having pastored for 30 years, including three years as a missionary pastor in Indonesia, he is the Senior Pastor of Calvary Assembly in Bunbury, where he has ministered since 2002.

As Missions Director, Franks responsibilities centre around facilitating and coordinating the missions initiatives of the Foursquare churches in Western Australia, both to the nations overseas, and also here at home in Australia.

Jon Spurgeon

Jon was ordained into ministry in 1987. Over the last 21 years he has pastored churches in WA, Tasmania and the UK. He has been involved in church planting, the training and development of  new ministers and has travelled extensively as a speaker in North America, Europe and Africa.

Jon and his wife Junnetta have been married for over 24 years and have four adult children. He has been the senior pastor of the Son City Foursquare Church in Two Rocks since 2005 and is also a registered Youthcare Chaplain.

David was elected to the Board in October 2008. Originally from Scotland, David became a Christian in 1992 in Coogee, NSW. A few months later he moved to Jakarta in Indonesia. For the next 13 years David lived in Indonesia, serving the local church in various ministries including Drama and Prayer Group leadership as well as pastoring in a church community comprising 40% converted Muslims. He was also elected deacon for an assembly of 1200 English speaking believers in Jakarta.

He returned to Australia in 2005 with his young family and now lives and works in Bunbury Western Australia.

Sandy has been involved in the Foursquare church for 28 years and was elected to the Board for the second time in October 2008. A member of the Whitehouse Community Church in Cannington, Sandy has been married for over 22 years and has three young adult children.

She has qualifications in Secondary teaching and Bible College, in Counselling and Family Therapy as well as Forensic Sexology. For the past 7 years she has also been an avid Hebrew Language student. Sandy has extensive experience in the field of domestic violence and child sexual abuse, managing a team of professional counsellors and with private clients. She is currently Senior Lecturer in Counselling and Family Therapy at Tabor Bible College.

Together with her husband Warren, Ann has been a Foursquare pastor in Western Australia since 1977. During that time, Warren and Ann pastored in Albany and Bunbury and raised three children. For about twenty years until January 2006, Ann also worked as an adult literacy lecturer, then principal lecturer, in the Western Australian Technical and Further Education (TAFE) system.

Now, along with a talented team of ministers, she pastors Highway Foursquare Church in Beechboro. Ann was re-elected to serve on the Board in October 2008.

Rory Percival

State Youth Director
Rory was appointed the WA State Youth Director in 2007. He is married to Brenda and they have 3 sons. Rory has been the Senior Pastor of the Warren Valley Community Church in Manjimup since 2002. He is also a Youthcare Chaplain at East Manjimup Primary School and serves on the ‘Revolution Youth’ leadership Team. Rory was previously the Youth leader in the Katanning Foursquare Church from 1989 until 1995. In March 1996 he was ordained as the Pastor in Katanning where he ministered until he moved to Manjimup. Rory also served as a member of the Board of Directors in 2002-2003.
A man of action he enjoys off-road motorbike riding, Aussie Rules football and water skiing.
